Terms of Service

1. The service

Schedule Assist, operated by The Agile Good Life, connects two or more Google accounts and copies events between calendars you select. By creating an account or connecting a Google account, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Schedule Assist. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must only connect Google accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

3. What the service does to your calendars

Synchronization is a writing operation. When you configure a sync group, Schedule Assist will create, modify and delete events on the destination calendars you have selected. You are responsible for choosing which calendars to connect. We strongly recommend reviewing your configuration before enabling sync on a calendar that matters to you.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other users' data, or our infrastructure.
• Interfere with the service, including by placing unreasonable load on it or on the Google APIs we depend on.
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.

5. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Availability and changes

We provide the service on an as-available basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We depend on the Google Calendar API, and outages, rate limits or changes to that API may affect synchronization.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that synchronization will be uninterrupted, timely, or free of error.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Agile Good Life will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, calendar events, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting your Google accounts and deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. On termination we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Events already copied to your calendars remain on those calendars unless you remove them.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
